Peers Helping Peers

Pathfinders is a support group for those with mood disorders, including depression, bipolar, and anxiety. Family and friends are welcome. Our goal is to offer an environment of sharing and caring that is crucial for a lifetime of wellness.

We meet every Tuesday from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at Trinity United Methodist Church, 729 Paul W. Bryant Drive East, Tuscaloosa, Alabama (35401). The easiest way to get to the meeting is:
  1. Park in the church's main parking lot.
  2. The educational wing is on the left side of the church.  There will be four glass doors to the entrance of the building.  Entrance is through the left most door of the four doors.
  3. Go directly up the stairs.
  4. Turn right.
  5. Room 210 will be the first room on the right.
